Lets keep the Childress "Kick a$$ offense" era in the past, thank you!

I love this response...when I read Bevell's name in other articles I brushed past as if it never happened. My brain refused to accept the possibility...and my heart could not bare the agony!PurpleMustReign wrote:I keep hoping that if i ignore it, it won't happen. I can't believe Bevell is considered Head Coaching material.

I don't think Del Rio would be too bad, but here is my worry, and this worry has enough realism in it to stay away.Purple Jesus wrote:What about Del Rio? I heard his name in discussions. Would he be any good you think?
They haven't, I think they will let the new hire decide. I can't imagine a coach taking this job to be told who his staff will be. Unless they hire a yes man, and that is the last thing we need.SotaFan wrote:May be an odd or obvious question, but bringing this up because Del Rio's name is mentioned. Has Musgrave and the other staff been let go as well? Reason being...Musgrave was Del Rio's OC in Jacksonville, and if Del Rio was the guy the Vikes pulled the trigger on he would already have his former OC (Musgrave) with the team.
If this happens then I think I'll become a Packers fan until the Vikings get new ownership...Purplemania wrote:Bevell as HC, Musgrave retain as OC, Singletary upgrades to DC, and Chris Kluwe hired as SPC.
