Wanting teddy bridgewater? That seems logical? You say Kirk cousins has done nothing....what has teddy done? What has teddy shown? Nothing. Regardless, we wouldn’t even think about making that trade I could bet on it. So why discuss it?StumpHunter wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 11:50 amPondering Her Percy wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 7:38 am
Omg dude. Teddy has two games to go off of. They were both horrid. Had plenty of opportunity to succeed. Has talent around him. And looked lost.
But yeah let’s pick cousins worst game of his career arguably and compare that to teddy. Because Kirk cousins doesn’t know how to play quarterback and hasn’t been one of the better passers in this league. Teddy bridgewater has never thrown for more than 14 touchdowns in a season and never will. So please, don’t even go there. You’re looking for a pot to stir. Teddy bridgewater and case Keenum are not better QBs than Kirk cousins. They just simply aren’t. I don’t care what stupid stat or reasoning you wanna pull out your as# but they just aren’t. They are old news, they aren’t coming back here, why discuss it? I swear this has been the worst week of overreactions I’ve ever seen on this board
It isn't overreactions. It is the majority of people coming to terms with what Kirk Cousins is as a QB.

Lol pretty laughable isn’t it? Since the packer game this board has been flooded with overreactions.Fat Stupid Loser wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 12:16 pm LOL.
I can't believe I've migrated over to a good team to follow, only to read the exact same discussions that I've been part of for years at the perpetually bad team I kind of still follow ( only out of morbid curiosity and habit). The Vikings are a good team and there are suggestions now of blowing it up and losing out for a good draft pick. This team? Really?
Winning a SB is reaaaallllly hard. There is only one team who has figured out how to consistently play for SBs. And even they don't win it every year. The other 31 teams every year are throwing crap against the wall hoping they have enough good players and are massively lucky enough all year to outlast the others and miracle a SB win.
By all mean, lets suck for Luck or bring Case or Teddy back. Holy Crap.![]()
In 2017 we started off 2-2 and went 13-3. Anything can happen. It’s week fricken 3. For whatever reason I continue to visit this board when it gets like this. I need to simply step away after we lose a game

I think we would be 2-0 with a QB with over 600 yards and 0 ints. Just my thoughts.

We would be 2-0 if we didn't stop using what was working. Just my thoughts. You're like most fans and our OC. They want the big time pass stats. Case and his great stats are 0-2. I want the only stat that matters and that's most wins.YikesVikes wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 11:15 pm I think we would be 2-0 with a QB with over 600 yards and 0 ints. Just my thoughts.

Are you aware that the play they ran is part of the running game?CharVike wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 3:36 pmWe would be 2-0 if we didn't stop using what was working. Just my thoughts. How is it part of the running game. What does that have to do with chosing that play? The same play we ran 3 times for 0 yards and 3 near sacks? Why use that play?fiestavike wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 5:59 pmAre you aware that the play they ran is part of the running game?

I dont care about big stats. I care about winning. Kirk at this point doesnt seem to give us that chance.CharVike wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 3:36 pmWe would be 2-0 if we didn't stop using what was working. Just my thoughts. Why did you post stats then for an 0-2 QB. If Cousins plays this week we will lose. Got it.YikesVikes wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 6:44 pmI dont care about big stats. I care about winning. Kirk at this point doesnt seem to give us that chance.

I like Kirk. I defend him. However, time to stop protecting him. He was bad. He was very bad. He has been bad this season. We wont get anywhere unless he plays much much much better.CharVike wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:17 pmWhy did you post stats then for an 0-2 QB. If Cousins plays this week we will lose. Case wouldn’t either. He’s “won” once in 8 yearsYikesVikes wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 6:44 pmI dont care about big stats. I care about winning. Kirk at this point doesnt seem to give us that chance.

I wouldnt call week 1 "good". Again, I have seen all I need to see. Check my posts, i defended him when most wanted his head last season. However, my eye test is complete. He doesn't have it and is incapable of leading us to the promise land. Even if we make the playoffs, we will need to play perfect ball to have a shot of winningPondering Her Percy wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:45 pmHe’s been bad one gameYikesVikes wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 7:25 pm

Re: Case Keenum
Do you call 8/10 for 98 yards and a TD bad? He was called on 10 times. You can’t fault him for that. Maybe you don’t call it good because there was no volume there but it certainly wasn’t bad given the small sample size.YikesVikes wrote: ↑Sat Sep 21, 2019 8:37 pmI wouldnt call week 1 "good".
