90-95% of "experts" had us taking Waynes so it really shouldn't be a surprise. Tomlinson in the second?

@Andrew_Krammer: Spielman: "nothing has changed with Adrian, end of story. Not getting into who called or not called."

@ArifHasanNFL: Spielman says that Munnerlyn's struggles "factored into" the pick, they wanted a corner. Said you still want the best available player tho

Cap'n has some work to do to get back into the staff's good graces

I doubt it made it a huge difference. Captain was always supposed to be the slot guy. If anything, it is not a ringing endorsement of Josh Robinson.

I still preferred Peters, I think.

You want to see what they say about a bad pick, listen to the ESPN crew talk about Armstead, the 49'ers pick. A 1st round DE with something like 4 sacks in 3 years?

Didnt think anyone could do worse at slot then Robinson. Capt. tried his best to be. We definitely needed a corner, it was just then when and who we picked. OFC. I could be wrong.

Carp! That sounds like they were drafting for need. I'm just philosophically opposed to that. Not that it can't work out, of course.
