Adam Shefter reported this week that the Rams actually contacted Brett Favre on coming back. He declined with no interest and said something like that earlier in the month too.

Favre, 44, during his interview where they asked him about Peyton returning to Indy for the first time looks physically awesome, which is probably what got the Rams so wet.

LOL! I doubt the Rams were "wet" for Favre. In fact, I'd be surprised if they seriously inquired about his services at all. One of the QBs they signed, Austin Davis, is represented by Favre's agent, Bus Cook. This whole story reeks of Cook seizing an opportunity for some easy publicity.

Favre's done as an NFL player.

Brett's loving his life away from the game. I believe he said he finally realized how much he hated being hit, and that he has no intention of ever playing professionally again. When his agent said that he was in the best shape of his life, Brett said that he isn't in football shape.

I promise you, that #4 is not coming back.

Hold the phone are you telling me it's not a healthy idea to repeatedly run headfirst into solid objects at max speed and/or take the brunt of such hits for 15 years? And whose decision is that? Call me heartless but little sympathy here for their post-retirement injuries.
