He knocked it off the seat when he was reaching for his beer. (J/K)

Yep.
Clay Matthews - LB - Packers
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Packers OLB Clay Matthews will miss at least one month due to his fractured thumb.
It's an enormous blow to Green Bay's defense, which will now have to scheme pressure because it lost its lone true outside pass rusher. 2012 first-round pick Nick Perry has been a major disappointment to this point in his career. Mathews had three sacks, two forced fumbles, and 18 tackles through four games. The Packers also lost ILB Brad Jones (hamstring) and LB Rob Francois (Achilles') to significant injuries in Week 5 against the Lions.

Rob Francois - LB - Packers
Packers placed LB Rob Francois on injured reserve with a torn right Achilles' tendon, ending his season.
Francois was a special teamer and Green Bay's No. 3 inside 'backer behind Brad Jones and A.J. Hawk.

Looks like Matthews will miss one or both meetings with the Vikes (weeks 8 and 12)
Clay Matthews - LB - Packers
Packers OLB Clay Matthews has been diagnosed with a Bennett fracture in his thumb.
It's a common type of fracture in a thumb -- and a serious injury. Per FOX's Jay Glazer, Matthews will need pins in his hand for four weeks following Monday's surgery. After that, he'll need some more time to heal. It doesn't sound like the Packers will have Matthews until Week 11 or 12.

Jags lose Joeckel for the season, but how much can the guy really help that sorry team anyway? lol
TE Owen Daniels out for 4-6 weeks with fractured fibula. His team is sorry, too.
Gronkowski might make it back for the Saints game. (Finally!)
Julio Jones might be done for the season, awaiting a second opinion. (Ouch for fantasy owners, including me

) Dang, his team is sorry, too.
Ahmad Bradshaw to undergo season-ending neck surgery.
and...
Sanchez finally underwent season-ending surgery today. Must have finally realized Geno is the man.

Not so much a matter of helping, as though his contribution could be counted in points, when the Jags are scoring a paltry 10.2 points per game. But how much worse will they be without the #2 pick in the draft playing left tackle? That 28 point spread against Denver should be 38.

Man..this sucks.
Bills QB Thad Lewis sprained foot in OT loss. Team to work out Matt Flynn.
Ugh. Poor Bills. What an effort today against a tough Bengals team. They hung right in there, and that was without their QB and WR. Now this? Ugh. Matt Flynn? Ugh.

Still like to see Flynn get some more playing time. Has a huge game, doesn't even get a chance next two stops? Maybe he's just a better game Qb than practice? Not that I think he's any good at all...but it'd be interesting to see.

Word is he's dealing with some elbow issues that sapping his already questionable arm strength. That and the fact that he's not very good.

Lets trade them Ponder for a decent DB.
The Bills should have kept TJack.
