Re: Trent Williams
Hopefully all the things out there saying we will be trading for Williams are truthful. So do we still go receiver and defensive player in the 1st round?
Re: Trent Williams
Really nothing to add about Trent but in my boredom one night I looked up draft picks since 61 and there is a huge correlation between getting the first couple of rounds right. Most all of the time when thes 1st 2nd and 3 rd become stars or just household names begot prosperity. Nothing nobody really didn't know I'm sure.

I’m hoping either through free agency or draft we get that left guard

Re: Trent Williams
I don’t think we’re finding much in free agency when it comes to guard. The free agent class was already weak to begin with. We should be able to pick from the litter of solid guards come the middle rounds

Re: Trent Williams
I looks like this trade may happen so my next question is who is going to play next to him? I heard Dozier did good when he played the position or do we have to draft a guard?
Re: Trent Williams
Dang every time I look on ESPN or the internet it seems Williams is going to the browns...I think we should just let it be a draft a future LT even if we have to trade up...maybe we can trade for a LG instead.

I guess it is between Vikings and Browns for Trent so we will see who wins the Trent sweepstakes tomorrow

Do the Browns have a competent LT to send back to Washington? I think that gives us the edge.RandyMoss84 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 10:23 amI guess it is between Vikings and Browns for Trent so we will see who wins the Trent sweepstakes tomorrow

No they do not but Browns do have higher picks than Vikings do though so it probably give Browns the edgeVikingsVictorious wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 10:50 amDo the Browns have a competent LT to send back to Washington? I think that gives us the edge.RandyMoss84 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 10:23 am

Re: Trent Williams
So let's say a team trades a second round pick for a player then they learn after the draft that the player failed their physical. How does that get rectified?

Re: Trent Williams
The Browns aren't giving up a first and their second IMO isn't as good as Reiff and the Vikings third.RandyMoss84 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 11:30 amNo they do not but Browns do have higher picks than Vikings do though so it probably give Browns the edgeVikingsVictorious wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 10:50 am

Sure they could give up their next ten first round picks. It's not going to happen.RandyMoss84 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 12:03 pmBrowns could give up their first and 2nd rounder for next year thoughVikingsVictorious wrote: ↑Wed Apr 22, 2020 11:58 am
