Well I don't even know why they are playing the game down in N.O. tomorrow. There really is no reason to. Just move the Saints on and let them have a week to rest so they are healthy for the Super Bowl. The Vikings haven't got a prayer of winning this game.
Now before you get pissed at me.. I am just echoing what I've listened to and read constantly for the past week.
I hope we go down there and just kick the living #### outta the Saints and then to all the experts backpedal Monday.
I've been off work recovering from surgery, and not able to be in a treestand, so I have had nothing but TV time. And its getting sickening.
I can't recall a time where there was a playoff team that was being dismissed as bad we currently are.
I always want us to win, ALWAYS, but a win tomorrow would be even better due to the fact that we would knock that arrogant crybaby Peyton and his Saints out, but also to just watch all the media members to eat a nice big heaping bowl of crow.
SKOL.

Sorry to agree, 42-24 with most of our points coming in Cousins time which is garbage time.

The only "positive" is we will see more of Hill who I think should have been playing more weeks ago. Mac is a big loss but I think Hill is better than Hughes right now. Dont be surprised if you see Kearse running a lot of big nickel which I really like the idea of. This might not be as bad as some thing.
I agree. Mac is an excellent slot corner, and Hill replacing him could be a big dropoff. I am lot less concerned about Hughes being out, although the CB rotation they had going seemed to be working well.

I don't believe the Saints run a lot of formations that require dime defenses, so hopefully Boyd doesn't play a lot.

On a positive note, Eli Apple who had been playing okay as a starting outside corner looks to be out for the Saints, and Janoris Jenkins, who Theilen just absolutely torched when we played the Giants, might be matched up on Theilen again. Jenkins also hates to tackle, which should give us an edge in the short passing game.
I wonder how much we will see Hill in the slot though. I could see him working in a rotation with Rhodes and Waynes on the outside and using Kearse in the big nickel role. I mean another positive is the saints don’t know what we’re going to throw out there which could possibly work to our advantage.

Yeah the saints offense is good but I just can’t see this defense giving up 40+ points. Granted they have struggled this year but this offense isn’t the KC or LA Rams of last year IMO. The Rams put up 38 on us and they were a much better offense if you ask me.

I’ve said all week I have a weird feeling about this game. We play so much better when the entire world is doubting us. And having cook back and by the sounds of it a healthy Thielen, we shouldn’t become one dimensional like we did vs GB or get away from our bread and butter plays. I think you see Stefanski pull some stuff out of his sleeve this game too. Similar to the eagles game where we run a reverse off a sweep to cook with diggs and then run a reverse with diggs where he was going to throw. Plus the saints are down 2 top defensive lineman.

I say 27-24 Vikings. Thielen gets two and cook gets one. Bailey kicks the game winner as time expires. PUT IT IN THE BOOKS!! SKOL!!!

If the game is anything like the two yesterday, we have a defensive battle on our hands.

Brady and Bellicheck just got beat at home, there is no reason we can't do the same to the Saints.

The media bias against the Vikings is sickening I’ve caught some of the stuff on tv this week also and it’s like the don’t even acknowledge they are in the playoffs.

I hope they kick the crap out of them the saint have just about replaced the puckers as public enemy number one

Scroll up to the top of the page and you will see the little rant I went on.
It's getting more sickening today as more of the focus is on the game.
I haven't seen 1 talking head yet show any belief in us winning.
I hope we jam their words right up their... ok I will be nicer and say Jam it down their throats, but would rather say right up their...

I just got a text from my daughter and her fiancee saying they are ready for the game. She said My Gosh they aren't giving us a prayer to win are they? She say I'm so mad listening to them.
That's my girl. She was raised right

Okay, know it's early.

But you have to convert that 1st and goal into 7 points...big opportunity missed. :(
