Patterson was participating in the morning walk-thru, but is not participating in practice.
Bridgewater on scuffles in camp: "I think it's great. It's too bad I can't get involved with the red jersey on."

Diggs with a sensational route that sets Newman up inside. A great TD in WR/DB work.
Anthony Harris is really impressing these past couple days with his physical play and ball skills over the middle.
Waynes with good coverage on Michel who makes a great catch on a hill pass in the end zone.
Treadwell beats Mack Alexander on quick slant. Antone Exum with good closing speed to breakup comeback to J-Wright.
Fruechte just juked Jabari Price to the ground.
I would describe Rhodes' camp as quietly sharp. Hasn't made any splash plays but is almost always in the right spot.
Quick slant to Fruchete knocked away nicely by Jayron Kearse.
Michel with another impressive catch over blanket coverage from Exum.
Diggs with a corner face from Bridgewater. Nice placement by Teddy on good coverage by Waynes.
End zone WR/DB drill takeaways: Diggs is phenomenal

Run blocking for both offensive lines has been much more solid than the pass blocking. Creating some nice holes for RBs.
Griffin is running with the first team right now. Was on coverage to Diggs on flag that was incomplete.
Diggs is naaaasty...

Anthony Harris gets a pick in team drills off Stave.

Had a bad angle but looked like Walsh went 8-for-8 on kicks from about 29 to 48 yards.
Teddy steps into the pocket and fires to Diggs on an out. Waynes with excellent coverage, pulling the ball away for a INT.
Johnson beats Rhodes on a dig route on consecutive plays. Was a good route and nice throw by Teddy.
Crowd goes wild as Teddy looks off Griffin and fires a perfect deep ball to Diggs who beat Mack Alexander.
By the way, I think 2014 Charles Johnson might be back, you guys. #VikingsCamp

Both defensive line units already have a lot of fake sacks today.
Both defensive line units already have a lot of fake sacks today.
Teddy to Johnson again between the coverage of Rhodes and Sendejo on the left sideline. CJ having an excellent day.
CB Tre Roberson's coverage skills are flashing again today in drills.
--How? Wasn't he a QB like last year?
Griffen beats Kalil with a spin move an strong interior pressure backs into Teddy closing the pocket in team drills.
2-minute drill work now. Waynes with a beautiful pass breakup on Thielen quick slant. Best day of camp so far for Waynes. Physical, not yielding any ground.
Johnson takes a shallow crossing route from Teddy, speeds past Sendejo for a huge gain down the sideline.
Griffen and Joseph are going to give offensive coordinators nightmares this season.

Teddy lobs a ball into the end zone intended for Thielen and its intercepted by Rbodes. That ends the 1st-team sequence in situational work.
Waynes looked fantastic in the drill and generally in drills today
Shaun Hill drives the offense six yards in his two minute drill before turnover on downs

T.J. Clemmings, Andre Smith remain in knife fight for RT with Smith getting most first team reps lately. Zimmer says Saturday scrimmage key
The fact that Smith hasn't won this outright yet is concerning.

Diggs alone is making me super stoked for Vikings football. Plus I like what I'm hearing from camp about Treadwell, Johnson, Bridgewater, and McKinnon. Wish there was better news about the O-Line and just SOME news about Patterson, but the performance from Diggs has me ignoring those issues for now!

Patterson was looking good until the injury. He sounds close to returning in some capacity. Hopefully preseason games.

D-line (and depth) sounds ferocious.

The Offensive line is the one area thats still concerning. At least it sounds like they are better in run blocking so far...which beats being terrible at everything.

I haven't really heard to much bad about Smith, so has Clemmings improved?
Or are they just trying to push Smith?
