He hit the facemask, but no grab and no pull, no penalty. GB got another one of the NFL favored teams BS call.

FTR Carey never said it was a good call, he said "he hits the facemask and the head went down, that gets called every time"

In real time it looked like a facemask, slowed down it clearly wasn't. I'm not going to blame the ref on that play especially from where he was standing, but when you watched the replay, there was no grab or pulling of the facemask.

Can I politely inquire to your opinion on the Abbredaris PI no call? Did you think it was a good no call?

That's what is frustrating, Rogers lobs it up and majority of the time if there is any contact PI is called. Defenses have to be able to go for the ball too. Im starting to think its a play in your playbook. Rogers lob it up, Adams run under it and hit the defender. Then Rogers throw your arms in the air and beg for a penalty, bam 1st down. GB pry wondering when teams r gonna start stealing their play haha

Wait a day or so and see what people say. Like I said, in real time I totally understand the flag, it looked like a facemask to me. But the benefit of replay shows it was the wrong call.

I think in situations like this a full replay is nessecary.

And the rule to go with it, incidental contact is NOT a penalty

also "nobodies complaining about it except on this board"

two articles on PFT already, one which it is referred to as questionable, the other is an article specifically about whether the call was right or not.

Because we know football? And we've watched a lot of it and know how calls should/shouldn't go? That should NOT have been called, unless they were sure. They weren't. And for the rest of your anti-Facebook rants, if Bridge would have gotten the call, I bet most of us would have appreciated it and felt lucky, but probably wouldn't be saying it was necessarily the right call. Big difference. I'm at work with a Packers fan right now who says it shouldn't have been called. Because it shouldn't have been. Not surprised it was, though. Gotta protect the "elite QBs".

I have seen Rodgers get facemasked and late hit with no calls plenty before so whatever.

It WAS the right call, there wasn't much of a hook but his thumb pulled the facemask to the left, a pull is a pull.
