At any rate, I don't fear the Packers' rushing "attack" in the least right now.
Nope, because I seriously doubt they will top 100 this week.

You dont have to fear anything, but I also dont think putting quotations around the word 'attack' is nessecary at this point.

I think that the "NFL" "Team" known as the "Packers" will "Play" "football" Against the Vikings and their "rushing" attack will do "okay"

Better?

I guess I look at the early rushing number in the light of the fat that teams were constantly selling out on the fearsome Packers pass gamr. Starks didnt get too much accomplished when Defenses were wholly focused on the pass. When the pass game falters, his numbers are gonna get worse, most likely.

I don't think there has been a single game since after week 1 where teams have been playing the pass instead of the run against us, our pass game has been underwhelming all year, we have been getfing single high saftey and we just can't win the one on ones consistently, that has been the achillies heel of this team all year long, even when we were winning.

We have been running against loaded boxes all year long and until we start winning on the outside with any measure of consistancy that is the way it will remain.

TBH, im not sure where you get the idea that teams have been selling out on the pass against us this year.

I’ve said all season that I felt that our fortunes would be tied in particular to how we played in this game. Now that we are here, the stakes are even greater than anticipated. There are three huge games on the schedule remaining for the Vikings. (GB, @AZ, CHI) If we win all of these games and do not lay an egg elsewhere we are likely to be the #2 cede in the NFC.

This is the most important of those three to win since it is at home and against our biggest division rival. After what happened to GB yesterday, this is even more critical since with a win the best they can hope for is to tie us in the conference standings and we will have a 2 game lead on the tie breaker with only 6 games left to go. That puts us in the driver’s seat to win the division. The stakes of this game are at a minimum a home playoff game and possibly a playoff bye week. In short a HUGE game for the Vikings.

I do not have any tricky insights. The key to beating GB is not committing turnovers and playing good coverage on what is really a lack luster group of pass catchers this season. Having AP run against a soft defense and owning TOP will also be key. Nothing shocking there, but it works. When we played them at home last year they won by a field goal in the face of solid defensive play from our team, but just not enough from an offense without AP. This year their offense is not as strong and we have AP, plus our defense is playing much better ball than it was last season. We should win this game.

The season isn’t over yet, but this one has a bit of that “for all the marbles” feeling to it. I’m pumped.

From a Packers perspective, get the W this week and everything is A ok.

I've seen too many weird things over the years vs the Packers to feel comfortable or confident this Sunday.

Though you should take solace in the fact that a loss for you guys might be annoying, a loss for us might be season altering.

My gleaming question is, "Can the Packers lose three in a row?" Geez, that is a question that I would never thought I could ask while the Great Aaron Rodgers was there. It will be a monumental task for the Vikings even at home. Would it not be great to accomplish this task with some bravado? I'm all for it but hesitant to put the lock on it.

Don't hate on my Buckeyes. Some of the best Vikings went to Ohio State.

Well they already lost 3 (Broncos, Panthers, Lions) in a row. So yes they can. But I had the same thought, will the Packers lose 4 straight?

I have stated it before and you're an okay dude but yeah, no #### that I want to see GB lose, for IDK, like the next 10-15 years to make up for that whole Favre into Rodgers thing.

Some other points...

We're getting Buck and Aikman? Oh lord.

Anyone else hear about the T-shirt thing?

As far as fudgies go we all know they can turn on a dime, Vikings nation would like to see them continue to fall from grace thank you (as unlikely as that is).

When Rodgers keeps @#!@#!@# up and gets let go do we take him like we did Favre? Could you imagine the hate again?

Favre didn't exactly get 'let go', but jeez I friken hope not. Rodgers is quite litterally my favriote player at anything ever.

But oh yes, the hate was VERY, very real those couple years you had the Favrester.

You need to modify that to 4 in a row, my friend! The Packers have already lost their last 3 in a row (@DEN, @CAR and at home against DET). :)
