How can the packers just bring in a random guy off the bench and make him look better than out apparent 'starter' and it has happened all year, its a joke Ponder is still in and its a joke to think he will ever change or give us a chance to win.

Its called coaching , they have had great QB coaching for the past 15 years it doesnt matter who they play at the position he will be ready .
