I don't know if the Vikings will win convincingly but I do know Cassell will play convincingly better than Plonker.

Not sure if even I'd say convincingly. How many snaps has he had with the 1st team this year? Ponder was the one throwing to those receivers (not like it shows). Cassel will get a chance now but might take a few weeks if he even gets that. He's been working with the second team up until what, tuesday? And even then Ponder still trying to be a tough china doll...

I pray it's convincingly. Enough to convince the people who aren't convinced yet.

I agree with GBFavreFan in his original post. He makes some valid points, but he forgot one factor ... this is the Vikings we're talking about here xD. We just lost a sure thing in a 1 dimensional Cleveland team with their 3rd string QB in our home opener. The Steelers game is essentially a prime time night game outdoors on grass and all that adds up to .......

Sucknado! Whoever made that poster

Oh man, you dropped the ball. 110% was the appropriate response to that comment lol.

That's more like it.

"As we are no doubt aware at this point, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be taking on the Minnesota Vikings in London in just a couple of days. Both teams are searching for their first win, and in all likelihood, one team will be leaving London with their first win. Who will that team be, and what will happen over the course of the game?

I believe Adrian Peterson will rush for over 800 yards and nine touchdowns while Matt Cassel does not drop back to pass a single time. In addition, Ben throws two pick sixes and also has a fumble run back for a touchdown after being sacked fourteen times. The Vikings, out of pity, allow the Steelers to score a couple of garbage time touchdowns, making the final score 84-14 Vikings. With another loss, the Steelers become one step closer to getting Teddy Bridgewater.

What do the rest of you believe will happen?" - Steelers Fan Forum

Here is what the steelers fans are saying about the game. I thought it was pretty funny.

Haha see, the Vikings aren't the only team with negative Nancy's. At least they've won 6 bowls.

The Steeler's OL has struggled like never before and they don't have a lot of weapons on offense ..

but they still have a pretty good level of talent on defense and better coached IMO

We will have to show up across the pond or 0-4 come bye week

That still leaves 25% unaccounted for!

Seriously, it would be great to see Cassel light it up, but I'm not holding my breath. It will be the first game I can watch in HD on my TV (not some crap internet feed), so I'm looking forward to that!

10 and 10. Net 0. Which is why it wouldn't be mentioned. The Steelers, on the other hand, are -9.

Funny thing, the Oregon Ducks have a running back named Thomas Tyner who ran for 643yds and 10TDs in a high school game for Aloha High last year. They won the game 84-something. He had over 3400yds that season.

Probably not super uncommon for high school....but ADs projected numbers by the Steeler fan made me think of it.

The defense played really soft in the fourth quarter and let the Steelers get very close in the
end

Why are you feeding anyone crow but yourself?

They needed a huge play from the defense just to keep it from overtime.

That was as close a victory as our last 2 losses.

Roflburgers had nearly 400 yards passing and we won by 1 score

Hardly a sound defeat.......

If Walsh hits that late FG, this win would've been much easier.

 like that requires real manhood.

They eked out a win essentially by doing what they couldn't for two weeks in a row and you're posting quotes from others guys like it validates you some how. Real manly brah~
