The stakes are high: cheese and lefse.
OK, maybe they could be higher, but there’s still some fun and bragging rights up for grabs as the Shakopee and Eau Claire police departments go head-to-head this week.
The border battle comes ahead of Vikings-Packers week, with the two NFL teams set to play Sunday

I had to google to find out what lefse is. It sounds good, but do you not eat anything with it?
