Multiple close losses after losing their best player and once in a decade RB. I think they would have won the Bills and Saints game for sure, and maybe the Pats game. I can't believe the magnitude of the deficiencies he has disguised in the pathetic OL.

I am going with 6-2!!

With Adrian, I think victories against the Bills and Lions would be near certainties. That said, it's not like either of those teams were at full strength, either.

The Saints game is possible, but I'm not going to assume AD was the difference.

I think 5-3 would be about how everything fell...but it's not worth dwelling on. We won't see another talent like Peterson, but Jerick looks like he could be very good.

6-2 with our losses coming from the Patriots and the Packers. Maybe next year we'll have AD and McKinnon?

I say 5-3. Sad to ponder actually.

I think we'd be sitting about 4-4, give or take a win.

You say give or take a win...do you think he wouldn't have made the difference in any game?

I think there's a chance he would have helped us win one, maybe even two more games (4-4 or 5-3). I also think there's a chance we wouldn't have won any more games than we have (3-5). I might be off base on that, it's a pretty broad way of looking at it, I suppose.

I don't think it would be fair to say you're off base (this is all speculation, after all). The majority of fans, myself included, think Adrian would have at least helped us win the Bills game. I was just questioning to make sure you hadn't mistyped.

I hear ya - I think there's a good chance he may have also, it's just the butterfly effect, you know? Who knows what things would be different had this not all happened.

I think no doubt we would have won at least 1 more. Probably Buffalo and I think we could have even beaten New Orleans. Our line has become noticeably bad however it was never this bad when he was in the backfield. It would take so much pressure off of Teddy it's not even funny. I think no doubt we would be over .500. Especially with how our defense has been playing. It makes me sick to watch the Vikings every Sunday and not see #28 in the backfield.

Its kind of sad to think what a disappointment AD is, after giving us so many fond memories. And the only thing I can think of now is, getting something, anything, if we can trade him. And how a rational mind can whip a 4 year old. Along with a whole list of what I would call, immoral acts.

How many wins is AD worth? More than one, less than 4? At least one victory. How many wins would we have if Cassel was healthy?
