where is Percy Harvin ??

Can someone tell me WHY Percy Harvin is not playing ?? I have Wes Welker on my fantasy football and he has a Q by his name as questionable so I checked and he has a bad ankle he had limited practice all week and will play monday night

He's on injured reserve. Done for the season.

He could come back from the if we make the playoffs.
The NFL changed the rule to six weeks if the player recovers, they don't have to miss
more than six if they in time.

obviously not my point was why can Welker play with and injured ankle and Harvin can`t
