Im a cook and i love to dig on food. I was just throwing down some leftover pizza and was drowning it in one of my favorites. Just wondering what everyone else was into.

I love this stuff.
I also roll with some chulula

I like that stuff too - I also like the tabasco habanero - my favorite is a bottle of "home made" sauce that came from Jamaica (I have no idea what all of the ingredients are) -

Here are the ones I like:
1. Sriracha - very good with chicken. Also good for Tai Food.
Link
2. Cholula - Excellent on Mexican food.
Link
3. Franks Red Hot (Regular or Buffalo) - Very good on wings.
Link
4. Bufalo Chipotle - Has a nice smoky flavor.
Link
5. El Yucateco Green Mexican Hot Sauce - Extra Hot when in the mood. Very good flavor.
Link
6. Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing Sauce (Suicidal) - My Favorite Wing Sauce.
Link
I am not too fond of the Lousiana type hot sauces except the following:
7. Tabasco Chipoltle - Also has a nice smoky flavor.
Link
8. Louisiana "The Original" Hot Sauce - Very good with popcorn.

I've tried many many hot sauces but I've never found one I like more than plain 'ole Tobasco. Although I may try that buffalo wing sauce, that sounds really good.

I eat that stuff on just about EVERYTHING! I love that stuff. My wife always jokes that I will put it on cereal someday (I won't go quite that far). I put it on pizza, rice, steak, eggs, and more!

I usually only use it when I go to Noodles and Company Restaurant. They have a bottle at every table there.

I pretty much agree with you. Although I don't do as much Tobasco as I used to. I mainly load everything up with as many Jalapeno peppers as I can.

I'm with you, but the Louisiana Hot Sauce (mentioned above) is good too. Both add a vinegar taste, LA Hot Sauce seems to add salt too.
If you enjoy cooking, and I do, you almost never need this stuff. Use fresh peppers, herbs, etc. (as Mike mentioned) and the heat is in... and you control the other flavors.
There was a Vidalia (sp?) Onion hot sauce on the market that was interesting, but I haven't been able to find that one for years now.
