I swear if Cassel doesn't remain the starter for the season I will be pissed.

Me too. Balls that was stressful.

Why do we always have to let teams back into it?

I think it's a penalty only if it's done from behind.
Anywhere inside the pads, doesn't matter where. It's like a face mask, once you grab it it's a penalty even if you let go. They got a break but considering all the miss holds, I think it evens out.

I don't think so ... He grabbed the collar but didn't tackle him by it. He moved his hands to the waist to make the tackle.

why oh why do we continue to change the defensive game plan when we get ahead late? the steelers didn't move the ball all that quickly all day, so we decide to go soft and let them run up and down the field. i liked the aggressiveness by the offense late, but i think going for the FG was not a great decision.

should never be that close when you have a 17 point lead.

Horse Collar Tackle

Definition

Tackling another player by grabbing the inside of an opponent's shoulder pads or jersey from behind and immediately yanking the player down. Exceptions: This is a legal tackle inside the tackle box. It is also not illegal just because a player is grabbed by the back of the jersey or pads before being brought down. It has to be a yank that takes them down, and it has to occur immediately. - See more at: http://www.nflpenalties.com/penalty/hor ... uTrct.dpuf

4 exciting games in a row, finally one doesn't end in disappointment

Good news is that should do it for Ponder for the year, if he sees the field again the fans in MN need to boycott the game. Make him play in an empty dome.

I don't know, they looked porous pretty much all day except for the second quarter when we got a lot of pressure on Ben.

I think the no huddle offense threw our defense off. Of course it doesn't take much to confuse them though.

I think today still showed that the defense has been laregly responsible for the 0-3 start. Just as you would hope the offense can get some first downs late, there has to be, at some point, a stop made by the defense. You can't give up points at will because you're changing the defensive gameplan.

Cassel should start next week. That is all.
