Being 24 years old, I don't remember much from before the mid '90s. Robert Smith was always one of my favorite players. I was actually mad when we drafted AP at first, so that must mean Chester Taylor was also one of my favorites.

I always liked watching Ben Leber. Even after his Vikings career he has stayed actively involved on KFAN and the VEN on Vikings.com. I have a lot of respect for those types of players. Never hit stardom, but love the game too much to walk away when the playing days are over.

We need to keep some of our young stars around for a while. I really feel like this young team is a young dynasty waiting to explode.

Agreed. Saying sommeone was terrible with a 10 year career at his position is a bit off the mark, to say the lest.
