@Andrew_Krammer Even Jarius Wright, mid interview, had to stop and laugh at adjacent locker as Sid yells at Adam Thielen: "What makes you so good?"

Via Mort:
Jake Long among O-linemen who Vikings will consider during bye as injuries mount. Long has history w/ Tony Sparano, Vikes O-line coach.

Former Buckeyes tackle Reid Fragel is another OL on the #Vikings radar, I hear. Let go by Chiefs in early Sept. Jake Long the headliner.

For those of you wondering (since I know fantasy points are how we all rank team achievements) the Vikings defense has scored 14 more points than the closest team (Buffalo - 69). On the same note, they're only owned in 97% of leagues. How is that possible? Why is it not 100%? There are 4 team defenses owned at higher percentages than the Vikings (Denver is the only one at 100%). So if you're in one of those leagues go pick them up!Vikings Defense:
Fantasy points: 83 (1st)

Cripes. The blood sacrifice to the football gods to remain undefeated claims another.
What's Geoff Schwartz doing?Coach Zimmer announces that Andre Smith will have surgery tomorrow.

Re: 2016 Season General Comments (pressers, practice notes,
I would guess that maybe some leagues don't do a DEF position in fantasy. That would be really the only reason I'd think they weren't picked up in some of the leagues. I did play in a league once a long time ago that we had specific defensive players and I don't think we had an overall defense team.akvikingsfan wrote:On the same note, they're only owned in 97% of leagues. Re: 2016 Season General Comments (pressers, practice notes,
#Vikings have three injured tight ends, but Zimmer seemed to think they'll be back next week. All dealing with knee issues.
Zimmer today said that TJ Clemmings played well much of the time yesterday, but said he did about five "crazy things." Lunging too much.
At least he does it quickly.Zimmer on T.J. Clemmings' inconsistency: "He'll have crazy things he does. ... He gets beat quickly. We have to get that fixed."

Re: 2016 Season General Comments (pressers, practice notes,
Gee...maybe Smith shouldn't have been starting from the beginning. or signed at all.
Jeremiah Sirles now has enough snaps to qualify for @PFF's rankings. He's the 15th best tackle with a 80.3 grade. #Vikings

Sirles - A few of them preseason games I didn't think Sirles looked that good. But the last 3 weeks I have been impressed with his play. He has been and upgrade.
I wonder if Smith wanted to go to IR, or did we make him go on IR.
Anybody have thoughts on Kerin or Easton? What's their potential?
