I agree, in fact if he was wearing a Ponder Jersey you could not have known the difference. Short throws on third down, poor decisions and a horrible QB rating today. Come on Teddy I have high hopes for youmosscarter wrote:teddy hasn't broken 200 yds passing in two weeks; pretty sad. we won't go anywhere long term with those ponder numbers.

That's because he is terrible. Not because I am a hater.Texas Vike wrote:
Yeah, folks (you) were hating on Patterson hard in this thread!![]()
Glad we got the blowout win today. Sounds like they looked solid, eh?
This entire exchange is giving me a good chuckle!fiestavike wrote: That's because he is terrible. Not because I am a hater.
You could (if you were bored) watch my steady progression on my Patterson opinion throughout this forum. He's earned all his criticism. The coaches obviously agree with those of us who have had it, and its on the rest of you to prove her IS where he is supposed to be. As far as returning kicks, don't be shocked if he's not active in the coming weeks, he's not looking for the endzone, he's looking to avoid injury.DK Sweets wrote:This entire exchange is giving me a good chuckle!

Did you notice we won both games?mosscarter wrote:teddy hasn't broken 200 yds passing in two weeks; pretty sad. we won't go anywhere long term with those ponder numbers.
That's definitely the difference. we would not have won these last two games with Ponder. Bridgewater protects the ball far better.soflavike wrote: Did you notice we won both games?
Wow, you could say that about almost any poor throw any QB makes. IF he would have thrown it longer, higher, softer, harder then....PurpleMustReign wrote: That's definitely the difference. we would not have won these last two games with Ponder. Bridgewater protects the ball far better.
He had two really bad throws today, the INT and a throw in Wallace's direction in the endzone.
"He throws it farther, and Wallace brings it in.
They won games very much like this with Ponder (and Bridgewater turned it over in the red zone today!).PurpleMustReign wrote:That's definitely the difference. we would not have won these last two games with Ponder. Bridgewater protects the ball far better.
Yikes! hate to say it but Teddy was quite bad today.Mothman wrote:
Thus far in his second season Bridgewater's game actually resembles Ponder's at this same point in his career.
