The problem with the Oline, that some fans apparently cant see is, its HAS BEEN NEGLECTED for too long. Its something our GM choses to ignore, and instead signs an overpriced QB to try and compensate. Which ofc makes no sense, because with no support from the Oline, both pass protecting AND run blocking, the QB will get hurt.

Rick has to take the time, or at least listen to Kubiak, and get some studs in the Oline. Not guys like O'Neil who cant run block at all, or Elf who is a below average C, but studs. At least 2, preferably with the first and second rds, or a trade to get more high level Oline. And its going to be so tempting to get some of these defensive players, but we waited too long and neglected the Oline. That has to be addressed now, and hopefully get a few good years from Cousins. Before he gets his legs broke playing here. The way Rick does business is like putting huge miles on your truck, but not doing preventative maintenance. And then wonder wonder everything goes to heck, like having 8 wins in a season and not beating teams with a winning record. You can only pass the buck so long. It would also be nice to have a HC thats knows the offense, and keep Zimmer as DC. But those are pipe dreams at this point.
