I was very pleased to see the Viking D did in fact match up well against the Aints, and was happy with the adjustments made up front after the first two Aint drives to counter their OLine blocking schemes ... they did a solid job pressuring Brees from that point on.

Harrison Smith almost had a pick that could have been a game changer as well ... can't drop INTs like that if you want to win in the NFL.

Viking OLine still very inconsistent and trying to find their way ... most plays they look great, but still too many breakdowns to expect consistency from the offense. They need to get that fixed quick. And Rudolph should not be dropping the passes he's been dropping this year ... so far he's my biggest disappointment of the season thus far.

Yeah....I had a lot more faith in Rudolph this year than he's deserved so far.

I agree with this. The defense has me somewhat optimistic. The problem is even if our defense consistently holds opponents to 20 points or less, our offense will have problems scoring that much. Hopefully Teddy will spark something. Rudolph cannot drop those passes.
