No, it's not. If you owned an NFL team, you'd do the same thing. It's almost impossible to be completely hands-off, and I wouldn't expect it.

Did you see Zygi and Mark Wilf in the war room when the Vikings were drafting? You think they had any say in the drafting of Teddy Bridgewater? You bet they did.

Ideally you'd want them to sit down, shut up, and sign the checks. But it doesn't happen like that. Should it? Who knows. Doubt that coach or GM lasts as long in Cleveland as Haslam.
