In 48 games with 32 starts, Greenard has 23.0 sacks, 32 TFLs, 41 QB hits, and eight passes defensed.

Greenard was No. 34 on PFT’s list of top 100 free agents.


19 Million a year for this guy??? I'd have rather kept Hunter for 23 or even a little more.

Might be a Davenport replacement rather than Hunter.

He missed time in his career with injury just like Davenport.
Greenard hasn’t been healthy throughout his career. He missed the final two games of this year with an ankle injury and has yet to play a full season in his career. Greenard missed four games in 2021 with a foot injury and half of the 2022 season with a calf injury. There’s no guarantee the Texans will ever see a full season from him after giving Greenard a big extension.

No he's not Marcus Davenport at all. He is a player on the rise without significant health concerns. Davenport was a player in decline with significant health concerns.

I'd guess they take a QB in the 20-somethings after they trade down to get back into the 3rd round.

Maybe sign a FA QB and hold onto whoever they think was best from the leftovers last season. Wouldn't shock me if one was signed as early as today or tomorrow with the Cousins news. Best QB of that group will start.

Hopefully they do something, give us fans something to cheer about. If we go into the season with our current qb room I’ll change teams

That is a huge amount of money. Maybe if the Vikings had come close he would have signed with us, but I'm sure we didn't.

Former Dolphins LB Andrew Van Ginkel agreed to terms on a 2-year deal with the Vikings for $20 million, including $14 million guaranteed. The deal was confirmed by agents Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha.

They doubled my 2/90 offer. Damn that is risky business.
Contracts coming out are pretty lucrative. RBs signing in the division...Jacobs and Swift.
Might be some bargains towards end of FA. But they have to want to sign with us.

That’s the part that got me. Kirk said the only think missing from his trophy room was a Super Bowl, with his age, injury and learning a new offence I can safely say the chances of that have extremely dropped. But like you said, they often say one thing and do another and money seems to be more important than winning for him.

The hottest new mn law firm: Greenard and Van Ginkel.

Per SkorNorth we have signed LB Blake Cashman. Spotrac projected 2 years $8 million. We signed him for 3 years 25 million. He was actually the 8th rated LB per PFF.

4years 180 million for Cousins? No thank you.

Oh and we signed LB Andrew Van Ginkel to a 2 year, 20 Million dollar deal.
