I don't think anyone is saying "Don't call screens". It's more like "Don't call a long 3rd down screen to gerhart(who can't hold on to the ball) in the snow".

The Vikings D are actually holding up but the offense can barely get anything going.

I have never complained he doesn't throw enough screen passes. I do complain that none of them ever work for us since Percy Harvin left.

Just as well the Peterson dropped that pass. It wasn't going anywhere anyway.

I know Bud Grant is having a hard time watching this team, compared to how the Vikings used to play in snowy weather.
