Team needs. A lot of this draft is about needs over value.

What do we consider the best player rating list available? I'd like to compare to where guys are going in this discussion, and if we are all using different "top 100" lists, it won't make much sense.

I agree. Doesn't seem there is any transcendent talent in this class.
