Whenever Ponder is discussed in a thread I will defend him. He is still our QB. Some may call it nitpicky, some call it stupid, but I call it loyalty. I guess you can say I suffer from Ponder fever.
But to be on topic. I don't think a NFL D-League team would work. Mainly because I don't think the NFL would put much money into it. We already have many of other leagues like Arena Football and the Canadian League but players from those leagues rarely see a NFL field unless it's the preseason.
