Washington legalizes marijuana and Harvin is traded there shortly after. Coincidence?

A first and a 7th? SEVENTH? The 3-5 makes it a bit more palatable but I still don't think that's enough.

Tavon in the 1st and Hunter in the 2nd?
I suspect with Wright (a VERY poor man's Harvin) perhaps we'll go Keenan Allen or package for Patterson in round 1 and possibly Woods/Hunter in round 2? Though I can't believe the Vikings would spend two picks on receivers in the top two rounds.

AWW, I will miss him.
Well, good luck to him. Maybe we will meet in the playoffs, with the Vikings kicking the Seahawk's #### to get to New York

I just wish he would have gone to an AFC team. I don't want the Vikings to have to see him during the regular season much, if at all.

This sounds a little too good to be true, so I will hold off on my enthusiasm.
The 23rd and 25th pick opens up a whole range of possibilities.
My ideal situation would be to come away with:
Jonathan Cooper + Justin Hunter
or
Demontre Moore + Justin Hunter
I think Hunter fits our needs more than Keenan Allen

I am fine with this trade. Now this team can actually focus on the position. We haven't addressed the WR group in years.

Made my stomache turn when i first read it on NFL.com... now we are going to overpay for a free-agent wide receiver instead of overpaying for Harvin... oh well, one step forward 2 steps back. Hopefully Ponder improves on his downfield passing because there is no other player int he league that can get him yards like Harvin did...
Cant wait to hear what we got for him, this is going to be a crucial draft and free agency...

Maybe we can take one of our 1st's and package it to someone, move up and draft Cordarell PAtterson!!
Or something.

Idk I think we will go 1st rounder and take the best player available at a position of need then go with a WR in our 2nd 1'st and then fill needs all the way down

Spielman said that he wanted like 13 picks though for this draft or something like that I dont think he is gonna trade any of them

This could be very good. Sign Jennings draft Allen or Austin whoever is available at our spot, I think one or the other will be left, with the other 1st rounder go Dline Maybe Short or Hankins. I loved when Percy played but really he carried too much baggage.
