I think the defining moment comes when opposing teams have a week to prepare for said change of pace QB~

Possibly... but you can only prepare so much for an unpredictable QB. And the Packers haven't had that luxury, of course.

I'm not referring to this game specifically. We've been here before. I thought the original comment was about the legitimacy of having Webb as a backup as opposed to some other guy who is more efficient at running this specific offense.

Not only do the Packers have to change their gameplan due to Webb...so do the Vikings. A team that has gelled around Ponder( despite his limitations) and is playing great ball right now.

Good points... let's hope Mr. Webb plays within his abilities and lets the rest of the team keep doing its thing on offense. If he can avoid turnovers and make first downs happen, we're golden.

Wow, now we get to see Webb. I sure hope he runs alot. He should have alot of open targets cause i bet both safeties are playing the run. Should be interesting.

In other words, he needs to manage the game. :)

You're right though... hopefully Webb is up to the task.

Enjoy the game, guys! I'm off to make dinner and then I intend to focus on football for a few hours. Go Vikes!!!!

Well, Frazier is confident. He said Ponder needs more rest and should be ready for next week.

Yea I just saw that too. Wow to me that's being pretty confident in their game plan. Love his confidence.

Did they do this on purpose? The hit that they are showing that hurt his elbow didn't appear to be anything at all. Does Web create more issues than Ponder for the GB defense?

No. He won't. That's called confidence.

His arm doesn't have to bend backwards to be significant.

:v):

Though it is fun to theorize that the Vikes knew Ponder wouldn't play.
