From the Strib:
Vikings-Raiders: Seven Bold Predictions
MATT VENSEL, Vikings beat writer
Mike Wallace caught just one pass for four yards in the team’s past two games and is on pace for career lows in catches and receiving yards. But look for Wallace to have a productive day against the Raiders. The Raiders have found themselves in a number of shootouts because their defense is allowing a league-worst 315 passing yards per game. So this matchup is exactly what Wallace needs to get on track. Look for Wallace to top 100 receiving yards against the Raiders, but he will have company. Rookie Stefon Diggs will reach triple digits, too.
JIM SOUHAN, Columnist
I think the Vikings will split the next two games. I’m just not sure which one they’ll win. It’s easy to predict a victory over the young Raiders and a traditional loss to the Packers. But with Teddy Bridgewater a week removed from a concussion and Eric Kendricks out, I think the Vikings will struggle to beat Oakland. At home, against a flawed Packers team, I think the Vikings might win. Derek Carr has a big game and Oakland wins, 27-25.

IIt does feels like fortune has been on the Vikes side most of the season but I have a feeling fortune isn't going to smile on our favorite team today. I think the Raiders win this one, 27-24.

Not sure where I said it but I think this game swings wildly and isn't close at all, can't say who wins but I just have a gut feeling 50% of the audience (depending on fan base) will tune out by the forth quarter.

I could see it going that way. A couple of turnovers or breakdowns for one team or the other and it could easily turn into a lopsided game.

In order to win today, I think we need to do a few things:
1. Win the turnover battle - to me this is the most critical component of the game plan. Protect the ball, play field position, and take it away from Oakland.
2. Win the time of possession battle - we need to keep Oakland's high powered offense OFF the field. They can't score points on the sideline..
3. Tying into the above, we need to keep Oakland's offense below 35% on 3rd down conversions, and we need to convert better than 50% of our opportunities on third down, offensively.
That's it.

Yep, all the above and much more, especially getting 7 instead of 3 on "most" opportunities.
Go Vikes! 24-13...

The Raiders do not "scare" me in the least. Lot's of sacks coming Carr's way, defense shutting down their run game while AD tears it up. I see Cooper catching 7-8 balls (2 tds.) and them kicking a couple of fgs..
Final score
Vikes 28 Raiders 20

Vikes 27-3. Just cause i dont wanna be rational when it comes to da Vikes. Football is a silly game in a silly world and a silly score like this one looks good to me. This is Teddy's team and i think he's earned it. Get gritty Teddy.

Road game, Raiders 27-Vikes 17
I think its going to be hard for the Vikes to score early.
Oh, and its a late game.
