I'm a Father!

Starting back on February 24th I became a father. I have a little boy named Lucas and it has been terrific. If not a little terrifying at times. But he's healthy and happy and poopin' and sleepin' and eatin' and all that other baby stuff.
That said, for my wife and I this included a 3 week stay in NICU while continuing to work as well as a trip from Kentucky to Airzona and back (the latter by car). We adopted and our son was born 9 weeks early (actually more like 4 weeks but they thought 9 weeks at the time). As far as preparation goes though ... we still thought we had 9ish more weeks to do things. Also - spring training was going on in Arizona at the time so the fans of something like 6 teams were in town. And the antiques road show. And a farm machinery show. It was basically the worst case scenario as far as travel and lodging on short notice were concerned. I'll spare you the details!
Anyway, if you happened to notice my absence it's because I literally haven't had time to properly read over the forum or respond. I've got something like 30 unread posts. I couldn't even respond to some PMs properly or new members that had emailed me (If you read this, sorry about that, Wally!). Just not enough time in the day.
Now it's just normal infant stuff and working which is basically still too much to be here much. Once he sleeps more than 2-3 hour stretches I think it'll probably improve!
I hope everyone is doing well!
