Partial list of QBs with passer ratings of 0.0
----------------------------------------
Two Vikings, Joe Kapp and Gary Cuozzo
Billy Kilmer
in 2004, 2 time Super Bowl MVP to-be Eli Manning joined his father Archie, who made the list 30 years earlier. Man, that family sucks!
Many Hall of Famers have scaled this lofty peak!
Johnny Unitas pulled it off in 1968.
Bob Griese also in 68
Joe Namath
Warren Moon, as an Oiler
And one of the worst quarterbacks of all time, 4 time Super Bowl winner Terry Bradshaw did it in 1970. Once wasn't enough so he did it again in 1975, when the Steelers also won the Super Bowl.
And for the trifecta, he managed to do it for the third time in 1982.

It's not a short list:

"[Eli] Manning, with a zero in his rookie year, is the only QB to record a zero passer rating prior to achieving a perfect passer rating."
(Bradshaw really was a terrible QB - with some incredibly gifted receivers in Swan and Stallworth. He had 21 of the best players in the NFL of the 1970s surrounding him.)

I don't even know how thats possible. Did Cassel do that yesterday. is that why this is being talked about?

No, just a Cassel apologist. Like the Ponder Apologists that took up posting QB ratings when Cassel had a bad one.PurpleHalo wrote:I don't even know how thats possible. Did Cassel do that yesterday. is that why this is being talked about?
