Interesting. I didn't know that. One would hope that athletes start figuring out how to strengthen (stretch?) them to keep up with the muscles. I have no idea how to go about doing that or if athletes are doing this now and at what ratio to muscle-building.

It struck me kind of funny when I read this ...
I read something very similar to it once ...
about 20-30 years ago.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

I didn't realize you can strengthen tendons either, sounds like they need to start a yoga class. Speaking of stretching, anyone notice Smith always does these kung fu back kicks between plays?

Zimmer just said everyone is playing until he rules them out. Soooo...yeah.

I've come to understand until he dismisses something as a "minor deal" or whatever that it's more significant than that. I doubt we see Sendejo on Monday night for sure. How long after that is anyone's guess right now.

Hit Man Harry? I'll have to watch for that.

Yup it's pretty funny. They caught it once or twice in the Eagles game broadcast.

I think I would show err on the side of caution with McKinnon for Monday and hold him out. Just can't jeopardize further injury.

He won't play.

Sendejo and McKinnon are out. Patterson and Sherels questionable.

Boone, Kendricks, and Floyd are out. McKinnon, Sendejo, and Tom Johnson are questionable.

Berger is now the only starting lineman to play every game.

Good grief, what is with all the injuries? Are we the, worst injured team,in the league?

I'm beginning to wonder if this is a direct result of players not practicing in pads.

Cornerback Captain Munnerlyn is day-to-day with a sprained ankle after getting injured on Sunday against the Lions... es.pn/2fi0Hlj

Has me wondering how all these players are getting ankle injuries.
