I meant both players is going to take a lot of work from Sparano.

I heard that Sparano really liked Beaver.
We have enough bodies to compete for a OL spot this year. Thinking maybe 1-2 could end up get traded depending on how things shake out.

I wanted to draft Westerman or
McGovern to compete for the other
Guard spot or Center. Fusco will
probably start at RG

IF healthy, how much improvement will we see simply because of that. 3. There are a lot of guys in play now, if even one "unknown" has a great camp and wins a job that would obviously be huge. 4. IF boone plays well next to Kalil, does that help him any? I'm not convinced it does but it's a narrative I've seen thrown around a lot.
With regard to point #1, I love the quote that Spielman attributed to Sparano while discussing the selection of Beavers. Apperantly he wants OL who, "when they hit people put a dent in them". Sounds like he has the right philosophy for a team with Peterson in the backfield.

I would've liked Westerman too. I'm not sure if Fusco will beat out Harris. I personally like Harris over Fusco. You have to remember that Berger can play center or either guard spot. With him and Sully both up there in age, I can definitely see us assessing center in next years draft.

Tough to say at Right Guard it could be four or five guys... Maybe Berger could start at RG too...

I think Tony Sprano will have a much more physical oriented coach.
IMO his style will be very similar to our ex HC Mike Tice.

Boone reminds me of Steve Hutchinson, a lot
Man if he is anywhere near that level.. what an impact FA
he would be.

Well Loadholt bowing out and Harris going to the injury list; has made very nervous, about our OL

I am hoping someone steps up big time our Teddy will be running for his life and we will see a lot of two yards
losses for Peterson this year... All off season, this has been my worry.. I want to scream at Spielman and company
,but feel there a 500 female blocking the entrance to red emergency phone, to Winter park and waving a sign,"

I was thinking Shepard, Bykowski.

I sometimes get frustrated with our offenses progress. The offense to me seems disorganized, aging and just piece meal together.

The defense seems so squared away and has made great strides of improvement.

It sounds like Sprano is working them
hard and Zimmer said they were as good
on day two as they have been is his time
with the Vikings.

It sounds like Tony will have them in shape. And hopefully with a chip on their shoulder.
