Hope springs eternal! I always hope one of these signings turns into a real contributor...I just can't help it.

The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018

Most people think of Burns only as the Head coach. A lot of people forget he was the offensive coordinator for the Vikings for 18 years.PurpleMustReign wrote:

Vikings fan since Nov. 6, 1966. Annoying Packer fans since Nov. 7, 1966

Bud drafted him in his final year as coach.
Re: Vikings sign John Lowdermilk to practice squad
The name sounded familiar .. I didn't follow Vikings until early 90's ...I started watching in the 80's
and watched the Vikings play the 49ers a lot in big games. Randle was the spark to my Vikings relationship.

no one expects the Spanish Inquisition!

Indeed! Perhaps me more than you... I didn't remember that he was drafted in Grant's last season as head coach. Good job on that!halfgiz wrote:Back in the Bud Grant days. We're starting to show our age Jim

Jim have always been a Viking fan from a little kid. Just didn't have any Viking forums growing up.
I like looking at this page sometimes just viewing the old roosters/rosters
