I was never into Ragnar probably because I thought he looked more like a hillbilly biker than a Viking. Hub Meeds was the BEST and was always great with the fans. As for $20k per game: Ridiculous. Not even for Crazy George (remember him?). And George could get a crowd stirred up! Cheerleaders work harder and get paid squat.

What's the problem? Is there a shortage of bearded and tattooed guys who ride motorcycles willing to take $1,500 once a week for a couple of hours and get to watch Vikings games for free?
Sounds terrible. I can see why he wanted so much more money. Hopefully none of us are ever forced to work under those conditions.
