This is the first time the Vikings have beat the Jets since October 12, 1975... Wow!
According to STATS research, the only series with a longer stretch of one team beating the other was between the Jets and Philadelphia from Dec. 9, 1973. The Eagles have never lost to the Jets in nine matchups. Denver's 10 straight wins over Cleveland is the longest active streak in the league by number of games.
Jarius Wright caught an 87-yard TD pass to give the Vikings the win in overtime. It's the 3rd-longest OFFENSIVE TD in overtime in NFL history, and the longest since 1998.

The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018
Heard a couple more, Bridgewater is only the second rookie to defeat a Rex Ryan coached team. Russell Wilson is the other. Also Felton's fumble recovery was his first career TD.

It was a thing of beauty. No one caught up to him.
I would have been really disappointed if he had been caught since the only Jet that had any chance of catching him after he broke into the open was a 300 pound defensive tackle (#91).

Wright not only had that initial burst of speed, but he kept it up the entire run. I really had no idea. No we have 2 real deep threats. I don't think anyone has been thinking of Vikings deep threats with CP underachieving this year. Johnson and Wright are a nice surprise. Get a wide out like Cooper, maybe Parker next year, and even Cassel can do something with that group if Teddy gets hurts
