Good Lord.
Why he was even out of prison is beyond me.

Patterson, who has a history of domestic incidents, had been free on $750,000 bond after being charged in Tyrese Peterson's tragic death in October 2013.
So how much different is cash-only?
Beats a 2 year old to death, and he's out walking the streets?
God our justice system is a messed up joke.

Bonds are normally a 10% bond (so his original $750,000 bond could have been covered with $75,000 cash). The new bond (cash only) means that he will have to post the full amount (instead of the customary 10%) to bond out this time. IOW he'll need to come up with $1M to bond out, not $100K.

Judges and Bondsman will normally have a list of requirements as well for these types of bonds. Everyday call in and monitoring devices are common in high risk bonds.Bonds are normally a 10% bond (so his original $750,000 bond could have been covered with $75,000 cash). Chances are he won't make the million, and will be in Jail until trial.

I did almost a year in Juvy for assault of a minor, I was 16 and the "Minor" was 17, and I can tell you straight up that I had to put up with #### and explain myself to the multitude of #### who wanted to mess me up because I assaulted a "Minor", and that was just Juvy.
I promise you, that when this guy is in prison, and word gets around that he killed a 2 year old, he WILL get what's coming to him. I know, it should have already happened, but this legal system is pitiful
Justice will, at least eventually, be had. Of that I assure you.
