I never googled Greg Roman. I have been impressed with him for several years. He has been part of every turnaround Jim Harbaugh has been part of. He knows how to turn teams around quickly and I think he could do it in a couple years in Minnesota.

My second pick for Head Coach would probably be Todd Bowles. He has a lot of coaching experience. He has served as a Director of Player Personnel and worked on both sides of the ball as a coach. Plus he has Parcells as his mentor.
